Yesterday I found out that I am placed for the next two years in the small municipality of Cheshinovo-Obleshovo, working directly for the municipality. I will live with a host family in the village of Obleshovo, about 15-20 minutes by bus to the larger town of Kocani. I've included some map screenshots below to help with identifying where I will live. It is situated in a valley between mountain ranges. The area itself is well-known throughout Macedonia for rice production and other agricultural products. Next week I will visit my future work site and I should have a better idea about what I'll be doing for the municipality and hopefully will have a chance to meet my future host family.
